NEW PROGRESS ON SWIMWEAR DISPLAY HANGERS

Some weeks ago we received an inquiry from a customer who was very interested in our underwear hangers. According to the customer, the hanger shown below was just what they needed. In addition, they needed a large quantity, namely 200,000 hangers. Our plastic hanger department was very excited. Precisely this type of customer is our target customer.



After communicating with them for some time, we realized that the customer is not sufficiently experienced in the hanger business. They just liked the style of this new model of plastic hangers, but actually, they were not able to bear the costs for it. This let us feel disappointed. The time we had spent on this inquiry seemed to have been useless. However, the customer didn’t give up.

Apparently, they had previously investigated about our company and consequently thought we had the strength to help them solve the problem. After all, our company has been engaged in the export, production and service of hangers since 2005. 

They found Chinese people to communicate with us in Chinese, since they were afraid we could not understand what they meant. These aspects made us realize about the honesty of the customer. 

As a result, our team answered actively to the customer and was ready to help them promote their business. We understood this customer’s needs and difficulties, as well as their target cost control. Thus, we recommended them different styles of underwear plastic hangers. Since their brand is relatively famous, we hope to enhance the strength of the customer’s brand and help them get the perfect display for their items while maintaining the cost control within their target. 

We found the model below very beautiful and suitable, but the designer disagreed. Since aesthetics is a subjective theory, understanding which is the right hanger model for our customer is specially difficult for us. This has nothing to do with business experience.



Finally, the customer’s requirements and our hand-painted and assembled models determined the style of the hanger. 



We also have our own demand: We ask the customer to pay for the development of the mold.

 

First of all, we use the 3D printing technology to produce a simulation sample of the model. In this case, after receiving the 3D sample, the customer was very happy and confirmed the accuracy of the style. Once received the confirmation of the customer, we developed the mold based on the 3D sample.

 

As a result, the mold was completed and the test samples came out, which solved the customer's problem perfectly.

 

The only thing left is to produce large quantities of hangers according to the color required by the customer and the terms of the contract.
